biography
He has competed in Gymnastics, Swimming and Martial Arts from the age of eight and whilst training for his probational stunt license, has worked in theatre, on live stunt shows and in television.
Growing up with gymnastics led Sam to develop a disciplined approach to training which subsequently provided a sound basis for his future Kickboxing, Tae Kwon Do and freestyle skills.
